A state of emergency declared in 17 Georgia counties.

It’s been almost a week and many homes are still flooded, roads closed and people wondering how to pay for the damages.  Insurance companies are inundated with calls and after a week many homeowners have yet to have an appraiser view the damage and aren’t sure they have coverage.
