Bob Jacobs is a second generation homebuilder who creates homes which possess unique craftsmanship and timeless beauty, continuing the high standards established by his father over 62 years ago when the family tradition of homebuilding first started. A graduate of Oglethorpe University, Bob grew up in the homebuilding business where he learned all aspects of building homes fromthe ground up. He is a “hands on” builder who has won numerous awards for quality and excellence in homebuilding and oversees every step of the homebuilding process.
For the past 32 years Bob has developed several neighborhoods and built more than 2,000 homes throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area. With a true dedication to excellence, Bob brings a high level of expertise, knowledge, attention to detail and quality not often found in today’s new home construction. Bob has an endless commitment and dedication to customer satisfaction which is why his homeowners and home purchasers have a high level of confidence and trust in him.
Now over 62 years later, a third generation homebuilder, Bob’s son Ryan, has joined the company continuing the family tradition of homebuilding. Ryan is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in building construction. Like his father, Ryan grew up in the home building business and has been involved in every aspect of building homes. He has a total dedication and commitment to continuing the high level of quality, detail and customer satisfaction that his family has been providing to their homeowners for over 62 years.
